As a visitor of Lake Winnipesaukee each summer for twenty-two years it was a natural choice for Andrew to settle in The Lakes Region with his wife. He built his first house on the north side of Winnipesaukee and lived there for three years. He has been a resident of Alton, NH since 2002 after building his second home in a Winnipesaukee water access community. Andrew now uses his experiences in building, business ownership, as a tourist and as a resident to help others as they look for properties to rent or own in the Lakes Region specifically in 2nd home lakefront and lake access properties.
